In my opinion if he did not tell me that they were stolen then yes I would've purchased the Ipod from him.But If he tells me that they are stolen then I would have second thoughts on purchasing the Ipod from him.At the end I would probably still buy it because there isnt as much of a risk as buying a stolen phone which can be blocked and at the end of the day Im getting an Ipod at half the price.
